Today is the first of the Bay Radio training sessions that are taking place to train all of our member up to the necessary stands for they to have shows.

Bay Radio is back broadcasting for the year. We are now part of Aberystwyth Student Media, and looking forward to our new venture.

The station has been closed down for the summer holidays. The station will be back on air during September. This will allow for maintenance, and for the merger in to Aberystwyth Student Media

After a 3 week shut down for the Easter holidays Bay Radio is back for the final term of the year. We will be kicking this term off on Monday the 23rd of April with the May Ball line-up from 9am.

The studio has now been shut down and switched off for the Easter period. We will start broadcasting again after a few weeks break. In the meantime there are many hours of shows on rewind so take a look and listen back to any shows that you may have missed.

The technical issues have been solved, so we're now operating as normal. However, Friday will be our last day of broadcasting before we go off air for the Easter holidays.

Due to a technical fault in the Bay Radio studio shows will be unable to broadcast shows until further notice. There will still be Non Stop Hits for you to listen to until we resolve the issue.

We are currently working on fixing the issue and hope to have it resolved quickly.

It's not long to go until what could be the last ever General Meeting! If you're unable to attend the meeting in person, Bay Radio will be covering the event, which begins at 6:15pm on Tuesday 20th March.

Here at Bay Radio, we've been running our 'listen again' service Rewind for just over a year, and today we passed the 1000 hour mark. That means that listening to our entire archive would take six weeks non-stop!

The next General Meeting of Aberystwyth University Guild of Students will be at 6:30pm on Thursday 8th December in Hugh Owen C22. Due to inadequate facilities in this room, we will be unable to broadcast proceedings live.

Bay Radio is Back On Air!

Due to a connection failure between the Student’s Union and Information Services, our live broadcast feed has been disrupted and cut off.

The first members meeting of the new academic year for Bay Radio will take place in Rosser Lounge, at 7pm on Wednesday 5th October. Why not come along?

Aberystwyth's Student Station is back for the new academic year. Be sure to join us on Sunday 25th for our Housewarming Party, followed by our return to the airwaves the day after. We'll also be at the Societies Fayre on Wednesday 28th, so come and say hi!

Our Listen Again feature - aka Rewind - has officially launched and has just received its first update. If you've missed anything from the past 3 days, you can now catch it all again.

As of this Wednesday 2nd February, The Cambrian Pub will be airing Bay Radio from 9pm every Wednesday evening, bringing Aberystwyth's Student Station to the masses and getting you ready for your big Wednesday night out.
